Hello! I’m about to tell you my story and how I got to where I am today. I want to talk to you about my present, more than my past: because today could also be a turning point for you.
I am an aromatherapist and fragrance designer; I also work as a coach using botanical perfumes in individual and group facilitation, specializing in team building and corporate family events.
I have formulated cosmetics and perfumes with a focus on meaning, telling the stories of people and places, evoking cultures and territories.
My first substantial contact with the world of herbs came around age 15-16, when I bought my first herbalism book to help my mother. I never stopped from there.
I went through many years of solitude and pain – I lost my parents when I was twenty, studying at university and not knowing how to navigate the world. Then life brought me Ayurveda…Aromatherapy…and I felt something calling me, something that would make me feel so much better. Perhaps it’s what’s calling you as you read this today.
Aromatherapy was love at first sight, leading me over the years to develop an entire method on olfactory education as a path for personal growth and to lead groups and team building sessions with the support of botanical perfumes.
Attending a two-year counseling training and a philosophical journey of Jungian analysis allowed me to embrace my sensitivity and way of feeling, turning it into a “tool” of clarity for my personal and professional choices. I subsequently followed training in the Core Gift method, and a formative path as a Transformational Life Coach.
The pandemic that broke out in February 2020 marked a turning point for me. Previously I worked in-person with adults and children; I found myself able to work only online and without perfumes (initially). This began a long process of revision of both my work and my tools.
Thanks to collaboration with some colleagues, I managed to continue, albeit differently, the facilitation work through perfumes and aromas, and group coaching work focused on the theme of creativity. As soon as we could return to in-person work, I used these practices in team building events and began developing the concept of corporate family events.
Currently I focus on team building and family events using botanical perfumery as a facilitation tool – in 2024-25, among others, I collaborated with BFF Bank (Milan) for family events, Logotel (Milan), Naba (Milan) and Jaguar Land Rover (Rome). I have also conducted workshops for WWF (Trieste), exploring how sensory experiences can engage families in discovering their territory.
I currently offer team building and corporate family events with botanical perfumery, and consultations for creating botanical perfumes. Family events represent an evolution of traditional team building, involving employees and families in experiences that strengthen corporate belonging through shared wellness.
