botanical perfumery team building and coaching

intelligenza emotiva corpo

Creating a botanical perfume together, following one’s own creativity and feeling.

During the botanical perfumery workshops, through a creative process that has been defined over twenty years of study and practice, participants will be able to smell precious essences and receive creative inspiration to produce a perfume that carries a personal and group message.

The team building workshops are practical, with elements of theory and creative facilitation, so that each participant can experiment with fragrances as if they were colours, crayons, watercolours… to “design” a fragrance, to express a part of themselves and of the team, finding in the scent a new expressive tool and dialogue with others.

These workshops are conducted both as a creative experience for individuals and professionals and as a team-building experience in a corporate environment.

We only use raw materials of botanical origin during the courses.

Where: group workshops and team-building sessions are held throughout Italy; an ad hoc quote is provided on request.

Duration and participants: team building activities can last from 90 minutes to three/four hours in the half-day formula, and up to 6 hours (two three-hour sections) for full-day formulas. The entire course can be customised.

In addition to team building activities organised as a single event, it is possible to agree on progressive team building paths, to be developed in cycles of meetings agreed together. The tools of the path are multi-sensoriality (olfactory, gustatory, visual, tactile, auditory supports) and group coaching exercises, aimed at building or strengthening the team.
