Oggi ho avuto la possibilità di incontrare alcuni dei produttori di Ribolla gialla di Oslavia (GO), e di sentire il ricco bouquet olfattivo e gustativo dei loro vini. Vini che definirei da meditazione, piena espressione della Natura. Grazie a Klementina Koren e Nada Ayouche che mi permettono da alcuni anni di relazionarmi con i produttori e degustarne i vini, comprendendo di anno in anno la loro evoluzione, il loro carattere.
Per chi ama viaggiare interiormente, la Ribolla di Oslavia è un mondo ricco di sfumature da conoscere.

Today, I had the opportunity to meet some of the producers of the Oslavia Ribolla gialla, and to smell and taste the rich bouquet of their wines. Wines that I would define as meditation wines, the full expression of Nature. I would like to thank Klementina Koren and Nada Ayouche, who for some years now have allowed me to interact with the producers and taste their wines, understanding from year to year their evolution, their character.
For those who like to travel inwardly, the Ribolla di Oslavia is a nuanced world to be experienced.
